From the moment you start Half-Life, you are beginning a true adventure. As you make your way through the office complex at the beginning all the way to the surprise ending you are enthralled. The graphics are great and play well on a low-end system. The sound is awesome with support for A3d and EAX. A couple of downers for this game is the re-using of characters. There are obviously only two or three models for the scientists and the same for the soldiers. It gets redundant talking to the same person fifty times. This is a slight grievance that doesn’t necessarily bring down the game very much. It has excellent replay ability and hours of fun each time.
