In mid-December I realized that it was time to upgrade my 300 MHZ, 64 MB RAM, Pentium 2 system. I had heard great things about Dell so I decided that it would be a good idea to buy a computer from them.
I ordered a Dimension 8100 Series Computer (Pentium 4, 1.4 GZ, 128 RD-RAM, 60gig Hard Drive, DVD, Santa Cruz Sound Card, etc.) - the works! I ordered the computer right from the web site (www.Dell.com). I immediately received an e-mail confirmation and a tracking number so that I could check on my computer from the web site. I received the computer approximately a week after ordering it.
I Love It! It is unbelievablly fast! Even though I have had it less then a month, there have been no problems. I have 1 year of next day business computer support, incase anything does go wrong. I have 24-hour phone, internet & e-mail support. I have to say that I would definately recommend Dell to anyone looking for a new computer. You can customize a computer system on their web site!
