rue dial pad offers a free way to make long distance calls, this might seem nice at first, but try talking on dila pad and you will realise why it is free. the quality of sound is soooooooooooooo bad that it is virtually imposible to have a coherent convversation. Both people can't ever speak at the same time because the program cuts in and out creating unberable gaps in the conversation. Dialpad is very easy to use however, if only the quality of voice were better I could wholehartedly recomend this product. As of now I can only urge you to try it out, and wait patiently for something better to come.
