I wanted the cheapest 4X4X24 I could get, and that is what I got. I bought the 4424A not knowing that the company went bust. The installation went flawless and the first time I used it nothing went wrong. The second time was not successful, I got a search head error, this continued for the next two attempts. I tried to contact Smart and Friendly just to find out they ceased operations and will do nothing to help, no warranty work or support. My advice do not buy anything built by Smart and Friendly or you could be left out in the cold.
