This is not a bad program but I hate the limitation of the PC-to-PC feature. There are so many other programs that allow you PC-to-Phone calls that there is no good reason to limit your choices to programs that require your party to have a PC as well.
I find that this program somehow uses too much of the PC resources maybe because of the scrolling advertisement so that it interfered with the voice transmission and sometimes gave error messages a little too frequently. Perhaps they have made improvements in the new version which I have not tried as yet but as with all these programs it best to have high speed internet access to avoid the normal "echo effect".
If you choose to go this route and you have normal 56K speed service then try to make your calls during "off-peak" hours to get the clearest connection possible. However, there is not much to complain about as the service is free apart from the personal information you have to submit in the sign-up process.
