I believe that Cybergold has the potential to be a Gold mine. Along with all the good there's always some down fall to every "paid for surfing site", every pay per click site and so on. Cybergold isn't like the majority of "Get Paid Sites". There is NO view bar to download and you don't have to click on ads, wait for the ad to download, then view it and so on, for a penny or two. Cybergold keeps a listing of offers on their site in which members can sign up for services and/or free offers. One down fall there's alot of credit card exchange, and to sign up for some offers, the members needs to use a credit card online. Another down fall is in order to earn the paid reward for the offer, the member might have to purchase something first. That's the begining, don't get me wrong, Cybergold offers some pretty impressive cash rewards for signing up for offers and companies. The biggest downfall after registering for many offers, is waiting for the award or cash to be credited to your account. For instance, if you signed up with five companies for free services and the award for signing with each company is two dollars, that two dollars may never be acredited to your account. I believe, Cybergold is only partically at fault for that. Recent inquires, to the company about the problem, proved that accounts weren't credited because the company or companies, that members had registered for, hadn't confirmed with Cybergold the registration of the member to the company's site or offer. The solution, is to go to your account, look at all the offers you registered for and contact that company via email, for any proof that you had registered with them (welcome email from the company, ID or password from the site). Take that information, send it to Cybergold, along with your account ID, noting the company you had registered with and weren't credited for. This information can be sent via email, fax or by mail. You can find Cybergold's address and telephone number on their site.
