I purchased this computer back in September for the wife who has many papers to write for her master degree program at the university. I needed something I could use for programming and she could use for writing and research, and I needed it quick. I called Dell, ordered the system I WANTED, and asked them when I could get it at the earliest. The sales person said they would put a "rush on it" (no extra charge). I had it delivered at my door on Monday (I ordered it Friday at 8:00 AM). I hooked it up to my existing monitor and printer and it worked as designed. I have had no trouble, installed numerous different software packages, and spoke to tech support (toll free) about updated drives. never could I complain about the service so far with this company.
