It has been a good computer, it was competitively priced against other name brand computer, except I was able to choose what I wanted and needed. I have had only a few minor problems, nothing major. I still use it today even though it is almost 4 years old, it is no longer the fastest thing, but still gets the job done. I would buy another Dell computer if I were purchasing a new computer. I give it a 4 for value, it was competetively priced, not cheaper than other, Performance a 5 it was the fastest at running Windows 95 at the time I bought it. I give it a 4 overall b/c I have not used enough different computers to tell if it is the best and my girlfriend had a negative experience with a company Dell computer. The technician had to replace some parts and he used remanufactured parts, but this was a new computer. If I pay for new parts I want new parts in my computer. If this happened to me I would have sent the whole thing back to Dell, but maybe that is how they do company computers.
Another good thing about Dell's product is that you can customize computer for your needs when ordering, they have a lot of high quality parts or options to choose from, Customer support, Intel Pentium, mini tower, still able to use today with no major failures.
And the only main problem it has is lack of cpu fan but great heat sink, should you need to upgrade you need to change power supply and make a adapter for front panel
