Great customer service!

A little over two years ago we bought our first computer and we are very glad we chose Micron. We have the Micron Millenia MME. Right from the start they were very helpful, it was delivered promptly and it included everything we needed to set up. Their support personnel were very helpful with our questions.
We had no problems with the equipment for the first year and then the fan started to make a loud noise. When we called customer support we were told they would send out a new fan immediately (I think we received it the next day) and they told us how to change it.
We had our computer for nearly two years when the monitor went black one day. Again their customer service was wonderful and they sent a new one and a pickup order for the old one. Absolutely no cost to us! The replacement monitor didn't work correctly and we spoke to customer service again and they offered some advice about how to correct the problem and when that didn't work, they they replaced our 17" monitor with a 19" monitor.
They are a great company to deal with and we are getting ready to upgrade and there is no question about it, we will definitely upgrade through Micron.
