I bought this computer last summer off Onsale, thinking I would be getting bottom of the barrel hardware, but this machine has really turned out to be a very good model. Packed with 64 Megs RAM, 366 processor, 6.4 Gigs memory, a 40X CD rom Drive, 56K modem and Windows 98...there is nothing else you need unless you are making software or a gamer with a need of better graphics and superfast speed.
If you are a person who just wants to surf the internet, build a webpage, send some email and just basically enjoy your computer this is the one you need. The price won't attract moths to your pocketbook either.
The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that there are no expansion slots in the front (I bought a CDR-W drive, but had to replace my CD rom drive in order to use it). Also, you can't put it to sleep without it sticking on you, you will either have to shut it down at night or leave it on with the screensaver. When I tried putting it to sleep, I couldn't "wake" it up and had to unplug it in order to get it up and running again.
Overall this is an excellent machine for the beginner or intermediate computer user. This is also a perfect machine to get for your child, it is NOT complicated to use with a lot of devices.
