Small and Cheap (quality)

I have a friend whos work uses one of these. They have buffer underrun problems (For those of you without cd-writing experience, that means that the CD writer couldn't get data fast enough to put on the CD in a continuous stream so the CD is destroyed) and the feature set is very lackluster. Perhaps i've been spoiled by Plextor drives, but this drive's lackluster digital audio extraction speed and missing features make this drive a "don't bother"... If you want a very good drive, get an HP. If you want the best, and have some extra cash, get a Plextor drive.
