I'm sorry to be the thorn in everyone's side here today, but this needs to be addressed. I'll make it short, though bitter:
FireTalk....
Perhaps I was just turned off when I used it, but here are the problems I ran into when using it:
* Community rooms are too congested, and should be limited more
* "Technical Support" was completely non-supportive
* When I inquired simply about the operation and basic specs of FireTalk, I was booted from the room by the administrator
* The "Guides" for the newbies (the room you start in the first time) were rather rude
* Setup was terrible, non-supportive, and tedious
* Several names - which were REAL last names - were not allowed by the server, because they were "offensive...." Tell that to my forefathers!
* The connection I got was atrocious
* The taxation of the application on my system was not worth the hassle I faced to join a room
* The colors totally clashed with the wall behind my computer
Whilst I understand I am going against the grain of the opinions in here already, I feel that I needed to get this off of my chest and warn potential users of the problems they, too, may come across in FireTalk.
So, before deleting the program from my computer forever, I renamed it:
HELL
