I purchased 7 winbooks for our office, first 1 and then 6 at once. We've had these for almost 2 years now and have had minimal problems. We sent 2 in for repairs at different times but had great service done. Make sure you follow through and don't let them leave you hanging. These are all set up on our Novell Network and again are very compatible. I think even after the few problems we had, that the winbook is a great value and often over looked for a more commonly know name brand. I've been receiving updated catalogs and think that you don't have to purchase the top of the line to get a good product from winbook.
