I've owned many computer printers. This is THE WORST. The paper in-feed doesn't work worth a darn. I called Xerox. They say that the rollers need to be "de-glazed" (like I'm a chef??). They want me to use the metal separated part of a tape dispenser to scuff up the rollers so they will grab better. BULL!! Xerox, get some new Engineers...or, get out of the computer printer business!! Stay away from this product. It proved to be very unreliable, even for the simplest things, like receiving a fax at home. The cartridge prices were astounding. And just when you thought the system was going to go error free for a while, it seemed you had to go buy a new cartridge. The color wasn't 'true' either.

Stay away from this product...its junk!
