It has lots of interesting recipes as well as room to add your own recipes.

Being a Weight Watchers member, I really like that I can add my own recipes and the program will tell me the nutritional value of the recipe so I can make an informed decision on whether it is something I can eat within my Weight Watchers point range.

I admit, I use it to figure out the nutritional value of my recipes more than I use their recipes. Some of them are still too many calories and too much fat for my liking. Another draw back is that not all ingredients are listed in the data base for when recipes are being added to the program.

Still, all in all, it's a decent program and I'm satisfied with it.
