It did not rain a penny for me (Reply to this comment)

My experience with GoToWorld.com:
I spent a lot of time, and never saw any money.
My opinion is that you can make more money walking in the rain and picking up Pennies, nickles, and dimes, as you might run across them!

I find that any email or web page that promises money, but is looking for you to pay to get it, is a scam.
I actually went through a scam where someone said they would buy my car, but I had to cash a cheque for more than the amount of the car and pay it to their shipper. The scam was that the check was a cashier's check that would have bounced, and my bank wouldn't have found out for 2 weeks. Then, they would have taken the money back from my account.
Yes - it was a "cashier's cheque" not a "certified cheque", but I, like many others, don't really know the difference between the two. Fortunately, I caught on quickly, and made the fool spend money to send me the cheque anyway. Then I told him I had forwarded all his information to the RCMP (the Canadian FBI equivalent). That earned me a death threat!
Anyway, my point is that you NEVER get something for nothing. If someone is asking for YOUR visa number, or money in any form before you get anything.... you are being HAD!
