I'll keep it short and sweet:
-Excellent print quality... equalling the quality of $300+ printers.
-Inexpensive: $99.
-Fast... It doesn't spend a lot of time making whirring and kerchunking noises like some other (unnamed) Happy Printers.
-USB... Makes for easy co-existence with my parallel port laser printer. And by the way, you'll never go back to a parallel printer once you try USB. The printing seems less processor-intensive and doesn't bog down the computer while it's printing.
-Flexible driver setup options: different print qualities, papers, etc.
Cons:
-Not so hot in the looks department. It's essentially a beige box with a paper tray sticking out the front. (This is not really a con, but I have to admit I'm a sucker for aesthetics. If something's going to sit on my desk I'd prefer that it be attractive, all else being equal.)
-After several tries, I couldn't seem to get the "poster" function to work. (When selecting the properties for the print, you can select "poster" and have the image print out on 2,4,or 16 sheets to make a big poster. Presumably, anyway. That's not what I bought the printer for, so it doesn't really bother me and I haven't devoted the time to figuring out what, if any, my mistake was.)
