About a month ago my work decided that I needed to have a laptop
or something that I could do more work on and they bought me a Travel/max.
I have used a few computers and own a few and I have to be honest this one holds its own with the more popular"name brands"
I f you have used laptops before you may have noticed almost all are a little slaggish compared to your desktop computers but with this one ,it holds its own with my "home computer".
Pleanty of memory,lets face it does anyone ever use the hole 6.8 gb
of there hard drive before the upgrade is needed or a new computer is bought.
This laptop would be great for students or "the on the go buisnessman"mainly cause of the speed and memory but mostly cause of the price, most offer a internet sign up package that you can buy and get 3/400 dollars odd the price making your new laptop arround the 1200 dollar mark, lets face it you might as well sign up for there internet package and get the discount , either way you will need it to get on line and have to pay for it , so you might as well get the 3 or 400 dollar discount as a bonus.
This is a good laptop(notebook) and you definately get what you pay for and wont be disapointed.
Also sign up for the product extended insurance, if your like me ,I break almost every third thing I touch so the extra will just insure that you'll have what is broken ,fixed,also when you get started or down the line if you have any questions or problems they have a 800 number that helps get threw those little mishaps ,might take a few seconds to get started but they help all the way.
