Decent speed, cheapest prices, good web interface. by zakool21  After searching around online, I found that WebEyeCare had the best prices on contacts by a mile, compared to other online retailers. I was using a new brand of contacts and decided to do thorough research before ordering. And, I sincerely believe I got the best deal possible. We're talking $70 (what I paid) versus $120 elsewhere. Ordering was pretty fast, and my contacts came in reasonable time (it was a week or less, I think). Will definitely order my next boxes from them.

Great product, easy to order, perfect fit! by maryjames I recently purchased some gorgeous bamboo shades from SelectBlinds.com and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After reading their guarantee information, I went ahead and ordered samples first, just to make sure I was covered and to make sure the color was going to work with my room. After receiving those, I measured my windows using their measuring guide and it was easy, After reading some of the reviews here, I am surprised because all you really have to do is measure the exact width and height of the window frame and put those numbers in. I almost measured my old window blinds instead - and I am so glad I didn't - cause apparently, the company deducts from the measurements you give them to accomodate the hardware included with each product. Anyway, the new shades came quickly - were easy to install, and fit perfect! Plus - I shopped around a bit for this type of shade, and they had the best product for the best price anywhere.. and it is custom fit! Will definately shop here again!

Pretty Good Experience by kiwi44 It was exciting to find the products I was looking for. I wasn't sure when it might ship and as I travel it was a bit of a concern that the products might arrive while I was away. Other than that, they were nice surprises once they showed up. Dvor is very good about notifying when something ships so it can be tracked. The gap occurs between when you "win the bid" and when it might actually ship. As long as you dont need the product by a certain time -- like a birthday -- things turn out fine. With all that, the total wait time was no longer than 3 weeks. I will buy again from Dvor.

Karmaloop is great, their styles are different and fresh. by davis1984 I been dealing with karmaloop for some years now and can't complain. Lost over $20 by using Noblecom by conjo1963 My Noblecom card was suspend and I lost over $20 because they say I hadn't used the service in over one year. I received no warnings and had no way of knowing my service was suspended and received no help when I used their customer service chat line. I even added their App to my Cell Phone in January of this year but I guess that didn't count for using their service. I cannot recommend their service for just taking something away without warning, especially since I had signed up for automatic renewal of their service when my account ran low. There is plenty of competetion out there and I'd look very close at other providers before I'd take Noblecom.

I did have problems with the clubs after about 11 months, but when I told them about it they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the full set of irons and they replaced all of them at no cost to me! Amazing customer service. |

I highly recommend Zazzle! by zeplodesigns I use Zazzle all the time for promotional items for my company. From Tshirts to Stickers Zazzle has me covered. I've purchased a wide range of products and what is so fun is that Zazzle keeps adding more to choose from! Way to stay up to date! I believe word of mouth is the best way to advertise. good by kellyhiggins93 I've been very satisfied with my experience shopping on the Karmaloop website, they take a couple days to ship, most places i shop have my things shipped within 24 hours, but i dont find this to be a deterent from shopping on Karmaloop. Once my order has been shipped, it always arrives in a timely manner, undamaged, with the correct items in it. I will continue to shop on Karmaloop.

Never again in this lifetime by sgordon9999 Received wrong information from the telephone sales representative. He told me that the $179.00 headsets would plug into the telephone I have. When I received the headsets I found that the plug is not compatible with my phone.

I called them back and asked for a refund which they did offer but they expected me to pay for shipping. I feel that it's not only wrong but incredibly short-sited for this company to expect me pay anything at all for their mistake, after all, it was their sales rep that led me astray. Talking to the customer service gal was like talking to a cork. I'm not sure she was even plugged in. I'm rating all one star including the price because any price is too high for worthlessness. I suggest that the owner of this company do a little shopping at Zappos to see what customer service is all about. here's a clue Mister... Lifetime customers VS never again in this life. |

Their cost is much better than 1-800-CONTACTS. I would say you are looking at half the cost of 1-800-CONTACTS and the product is exactly the same in every way. They have wonderful customer service and are there to help make sure that you get the right contact prescription. I recommend this company highly! If you goof up your prescription, like I did, they contacted my optometrist and got the correct prescription. I was notified of my error and new what I had done immediately. I am glad I chose this company for my contact lenses. I give this company five of five starts!

I needed to call their hotline number to know about the staus of my order, customer support is not bad. Above all they provide free shipping via UPS Ground which is really cool! I would definitely order from them regularly. I recommend this store to anyone who need hard drives, server parts and so on. |

Toxic by fnaso I ordered Motorola RAZR replacement battery. The price was was high but they were offering a new OEM replacement. The battery was bad. It would not charge past 40%.

I explained this to them in an email further explaining that I re-installed the old battery and everything worked like before. Their first response was to ask if I had used a certified technician. I explained that I was qualified to do the replacement and that I would not need them if I was going to hire someone to do the work. Their second response was to send me some fine print: "We recommend an authorized repair center completes the installation, the battery is an internal type. We do not provide any installation assistance, warranty, or accept returns on this item. Before installation, please consult with your device's manufacturer in regards to any issues related to the warranty of the device." That's it, a flat refusal to send a replacement or to refund the $69.95. Of course no one ever answers the advertised number. |

Ordered a GPS, order acknowledged by email and would ship soon. 2 weeks later no item arrived. Contacted FOS and finally learned item was backordered and would likely ship in about 1 month. Checked availablity of item elsewhere. Tried to cacel by phone, CS hung up on me when so notified. Tried to call back and got auto hangup, so my number was blocked. Notified by email to cancel the order and warned not to charge my CC or ship anyway as I would cancel the transaction via CC co. DO NOT trust this vender. Prices are slightly better, but not worth the hassel and misleading-dishonest treatment. |

They're pricing on the actual item is always a good deal, even if they are sometimes market price, and not necessarily as good of a deal as they'd like you to think. Another problem I have is with the expensive shipping on some of the items. Not every item they sell costs $10 to ship, but that's what you're going to pay. Luckily, shipping is a one time thing you pay (assuming you're going to get more than one item that day), and there's usually a coupon or credits sitting around somewhere that can help you pay for it. |
