Pros: Top of the line everything. Cons: Very high cost.
Have you ever been sitting at your computer, loading up a game or a website, and wondered why it was taking so long? I have, in fact I get that three or four hundred times a week. Well, if you are like me, then perhaps this machine is the answer for...
Pros: Stable system, very good performance. Cons: Minor technical support issues.
Even though the system was pricey, I went with Alienware because a friend of mine bought one about 4 months ago and so far he says he hasn't had any trouble with it, and after having seen it in action, I was very, very impressed with the performance....
Pros: Awesome Performance Cons: None that I can think of
I have had my Alienware Area 51, 2.2gig, P4, for about two months. I wanted to wait to write a review until I had enough time to use it a bit. I have to say that during this time the computer has performed flawlessly. I got the computer I was promised...
Pros: Great system, great configuration, well constructed, nice people to deal with! Cons: Expensive.
This is, simply, the ultimate computer. I've had many computers in my past, and none were quite so well tuned as this one. Immediately after getting the box of my Area 51 and my ViewSonic P810, I hooked them up and played for an hour. Totally amazing...
Pros: Wicked Fast, Cool Case and Easily Upgradeable Cons: Cheesey Keyboard
This is a machine for enthusiasts, not those who are afraid to open the case. Built with top of the line off the shelf components, the upgrade path should make this computer last for years and years.
This a computer that will suit your every need. It has plenty of memory, plenty of speed, and if you have a DSL or cable modem, you'll be going so fast on this computer. You can play any game no matter how good the graphics are and if you are a graphic...
Pros: Fast speed, good price, up-to-date technology. Cons: sometimes crashes
This system is great if you are an extreme gamer or a regular "Joe Smo". Maximum PC said, "The fastest machine we've ever tested, bar none!". PC Gamer said, "Alienware's top-of-the-line system packs a lot of brand-name punch...
Pros: Very stable machine Cons: Worst support on the planet
I decided to buy this computer because all the good reviews all lover the places so i decide to give a shot!!Spent like US$ 600 over the market price for the same configurations and was stoked!!This computer was worth every single penny until my...
expensive unit with poor customer service by caesary ,Aug 21 '04
Pros: cosmetics Cons: Poor customer service, poor communication skills, over priced units
Over priced units, customer service needs additional training. Their alienware autopsy system is a joke, for they never respond to it. (After inquiring as to why no one responds, the techs answer to me was that they do not have anyone to respond to the many errors that get reported) Communication gap between customers and alienware employees. Bottom line, I do not believe the staff cares about their customers. Never again will I do business with this company. Spent over $5,400.00 for a unit that has had three fatal crashes and has gone back to Florida for repair within 8 months. YOU have been warned.
