Cons: 64mb of Ram, only 10 gig harddrive and intergrated video

Pros: not many
Cons: lousy customer service, hard drive crashes
Summary: Their customer service is terrible, I've been on the phone for hours with them to fix problems. Twice my hard drive crashed! And once my floppy crashed. This is totally and completely unacceptable.
