Pros: It's a DELL. Lower end of Pentium III's, making it a good deal.
Cons: Slow motherboard for today's technology.

Pros: web browsing, MS office type applications, decent performance and a great value
Cons: Not enough for today's most demanding games.
Summary: I bought mine when it first came out (in May of '99). It has and continues to serve me well. I run Windows 2000 (though I used to use Win98). It has been reliable, trouble-free, and more than adequate for my law school years and beyond.
