Pros: If you should need financing, Gateway offers a relative easy financing plan.
Cons: Functioning of equipment is hit or miss.
Summary: I purchased a Gateway Performance 1400 last January, 2001. Within one month the hard drive went out. Gateway responded efficiently when they supplied a new one. They sent an IBM Technician out to install it. However, that's all he was allowed to do ... read more

Pros: Fast, Friendly tech help, Name brand, nice cow box
Cons: Glitchey, always crashing, $$$$$$$ Very Expensive, Tech help has no clue what they are doing
