Palm vs Windows CE

The OS wars continue, this time in the handheld area. CE devices offer color displays, but Palm based handhelds still dominate in terms of market share. Do Windows CE devices offer any significant advantages, or is Palm the obvious way to go? Share your insights and help everyone make the best decision!
