    Jan 30 '01
Pros: good quality pictures from external video source
Cons: additional hardware needed to complete installation, Adobe Software version listed was not included

Pros: Better than having a digital camera
Cons: You may need other peripherals

Summary: I've had Snappy for 4 yrs, and I still use it(version 3.0). I paid $99 and it came with (amongst other programs) Photodeluxe 2.0, which I also still use. Granted, it's not Photoshop (yes, I have that too) but it's easy to use and can be used to edit ... read more

Summary: Snappy had been on my mind for months. I picked up the information: the pamplets, the product info at the website, and other resources. I was wrong. I was wrong to splurge $250 for Snappy Deluxe 3.0. I was wrong to spend the money I sold my ... read more

    Pros: none
Cons: poor quality pictures, difficult install

Summary: After reading all the rave reviews, I got v3.0 Deluxe last year. First problem, it requires a dedicated parallel port: I didn't feel like unplugging my printer every time I wanted to use snappy, and the laser printer I have isn't happy with switchboxes. ... read more

    Dec 18 '99
Pros: lots of added features, convenient, great analog & digital video captures, organizational software, Adobe Photodeluxe
Cons: hardware unchanged, another $169.95 for just a software upgrade unless they make the software available separately for a reasonable price, weird uninstall for this and previous version
