Pros: AGP 4X, Ultra DMA 66, PC 66/100/133 frontside bus & memory speeds

Pros: AGP 4X, Slot 1 and Socket 370 connectors (but see Cons)
Cons: Slow performance, can't use both Slot 1 and Socket 370 processors simultaneously

Pros: flexibility, rock solid performance, easy access to components, nice option to automatically power-up with using a power-strip.
Cons: a few installation hick-ups; no overclocking features; only 1 isa slot.
