I first heard of the Compaq Presario when my dad told me that his company was giving him a complimentary one for business usage. I figured that it couldn't be too great seeing as how his company was freely giving them out to all of their top executives....

Cons: i think it needs a 15 gig hard drive instead of the standard 6.4 gig it has

I am very experienced with computers and I find this product an engineering masterpiece. I got rid ofmy desktop and know do all my work on the 1827. The screen is a dream!
