Pros: None really, other than the price, but you pay for what you get Cons: horrible quality control, the worst "support" I have ever had to deal with
I bought this for the price, and I guess I paid for what I got. Horrible support, that will not address any of your problems in a timely matter. Nor will they solve any of your problems. Poor quality standards are about the best way to describe this...

Pros: Very good out of the box. Cons: Poor answers and resolutions from customer service. Bad Depot Service
I had a problem with my 4000 Inspiron, which was under the three year depot service contract. First calls to service seemed like a guessing game. Problem was first diagnosed as corrupt O/S, and a "dirty load" was suggested as a fix. Cure didn't work....
