Pros: Easy to use, snap to network, keyboard makes me a typist, screen is clear! Cons: Well, a sound from hard drive or fan has me concerned.
Summary: Years ago I used a Thinkpad at a client site and it was not only heavy, but unusual things would happen every other time it was used via a network then modem setup. This X20 is a vast improvement!
