Pros: Precision Cons: Takes time to get used to
Logitech Marble mouse is worth your money. I purchased this product because of lack of desk space to move a traditional mouse around. This product remains stationary as you move around your screen with precision. Wrist movement is eliminated as you use...

Pros: Design, Buttons, Compatibility Cons: Price

Disappointing
by peterrobertson ,May 25 '05
Pros: Nice double-click button Cons: Sluggish, uncomfortable, heavy to use and expensive.
I feel that "agricultural" would best describe this mouse: heavy, clunky, unresponsive, and expensive (all compared to my Logitech Marble). The hand rest makes my hand slide away from the ball requiring constant muscle tension to keep it in place. The buttons are the heaviest I've ever used. The vertical size of the mouse makes it impossible to set a chair height that is comfortable for both the mouse and the keyboard. Moving the cursor from one side of the screen to the other takes a lot of finger movement and strain. The bearing noise is, at best, an irritation. It does not seem to offer any improvement over the simpler, silent bearings of the Logitech.
After using the Mouse-Trak Evolution every day for two weeks (at about 12 hours a day) it is clear that I am getting none of the claimed benefits and suffer from more fatigue than with the Logitech.
