Pros: Easy to use. Quick to set up. Great features. Cons: Online documentation.
Like I said, mine was free as I won it in a drawing at a trade show, but I think that you would be more than justified in spending $249 for your own! Actually, that's what my wife is getting for her birthday next month!
As far as the system...

Pros: Easy to use Cons: None so far
I had been wanting a palm pilot for the longest. Probably since they were invented. But, I could never get enough money or justify a reason for needing it. Well, we got our tax refund back and I decided to get a palm. I also began to realize that I...

Pros: Inexpensive, Highly Customizable and Expandable, USB and Serial Port Support Cons: Hardwired OS, Cheap Stylus, Handspring sacrificing long-term customer satisfaction for short-term growth
As promised, I am reporting back on the status of my Visor Deluxe following the installation of an OS patch supplied by Handspring.
Two words: it worked! :-)
I am happy to report that my Visor hasn't crashed once in the month or...

Pros: PalmOS, 8mb, Springboard slot, sturdy. Cons: You are stuck with PalmOS 3.
Well, being the techno geek I am, I have been hankering for a PDA for quite some time now. Unfortunately I am also a college student and haven't had the money to pay for a device. Well I finally got to the point where I had no choice.
I have...

Pros: Small size, large screen, long battery life, 8MB memory, extremely easy to use, expandable Cons: No rechargable battery included, expensive to expand
Technology is ubiquitous these days. You can't go very far without seeing someone on thier cell phone, checking thier pager, listening to thier MP3 player, or poking at thier PDA. It's easy to feel left behind, and even easier to criticize those around...

Pros: Price, easy operation Cons: Durability and quality of construction, cover
Over the past year I have weaned myself away from the paper calendar and now everything is in MS Outlook. I think this is great, but it is obviously a great disadvantage not to have all your contact and appointment information at all times. After a bit...

Pros: great applications, affordable, easy to use Cons: a bit too thick to carry in shirt pocket; OS not upgradeable
The Handspring Visor Deluxe is the best PDA for the money. I have used a Palm IIIx in the past as well as a Compaq IPAQ and I now find that the Visor Deluxe combines all the good features of both those devices while dispensing with the bad.

Pros: Palm OS, Springboard, good support, fast service Cons: serial cradle mishap
I have to admit, I was taken by the Visor since it was announced, but didn't immediately have a need for a PDA. Plus, I wanted to see how everything shook out. When my computer crashed, taking all of my contact/date/mail with it, I realized that it may...
