Pros: Slim and sexy Cons: Too eager to hit market
I have a Handspring Visor Deluxe, and I am content with it for the most part (minus the fragile display that costs $80 to fix). I also happen to love when new products come to market, especially if it is electronic... but enough about me...

Pros: runs fine. brighter screen than Palm 3 Cons: no flash memory, 8mb module doesn't help much
I agree 100% with the user drdavec1. I just have one more thing to add.
I originally thought that if I get the 2mb version, I could just make it 10mbs by adding the 8mb flash module. Any John Doe out there would have made the same logical...

Pros: COST, PALM OS, SPRINGBOARD SLOT, POTENTIAL. Cons: EASILY SCRATCHED SCREEN, MUST BUY RECHARGABLE BATTERIES.
Carrying one of those bulky organizers wasn't for me so I relied on the gray matter to keep my schedule. After several missed appointments I purchased my Handspring Visor Deluxe at the local CompUSA store. So much for the iron clad memory!

Pros: Visor is infinitely expandable, cheaper, uses standard PalmOS Cons: Bulkier than Palm V, not many expansion boards on market as of now
I recently got a hold of a basic Handspring, and started comparing to my Palm III that I have been using for roughly a year. I took into account the fact that the Handspring was a newer model than my Palm III, but the experience itself was just amazing....

Pros: Affordable, small, useful, chicks dig it Cons: AAA Battery
It might be true that the Handspring Visor is a great organizational tool for the non-techie, but it is also great for the techie as well. As a certified geek (I read Slashdot(.org) every day and I am currently employed as a Technical Designer), I have...

Pros: Simple to use, Fun & MP3 Player add-on Cons: Case cover but not such a biggie
I got a Visor for a few reasons. The cost was right for an entry-level person and the functions were perfect for me as an entry-level person. I never plan to stuff it full of Games or Programs I can get for a PC so 2MB was enough...I can add the 8MB...

Pros: Capabilities, price, user friendliness, information management systems, Cons: Battery life
The Handspring Visor is great for people who need a device to manage information at a good price. At only $149 without a cradle, and $179 along with a USB or serial cable to synchronize data with the computer, it's a great deal. I highly recommend...

Pros: FAST, VERY FAST, FULL OF GOODIES Cons: STUPID LID, CHEAP INCLUDED STYLUS
Yes indeed the Visor cost 30 bucks more, yes it has the annoying lid and has the stupid IR interface on the left side of the thing. However, i'm glad to pay 30 bucks more for better performance. The USB cradle provides much faster hot-syncs, note that...

Pros: Slim, Palm OS, fledgling development community Cons: fledgling development community, EyeModule is useless
I have a horrible confession to make. I have blood on my hands. I killed my first Visor. In fairness, I didn't mean to do it, but I should have known better than to try coding in a new language and a new platform at the same time. Somehow, I managed to...

Pros: small but not too small; compact device, makes you want organization. Makes you better writer. Cons: Hard to get used to letter organization.
This is maybe the coolest thing since I got my car and purchased my computer. All those times you wished you were a little bit more organized, well here’s your chance. The Handspring Visor Edge is a small computer (much smaller than a laptop and...

Pros: You can literally carry your life with you in a very small space! Cons: Would like to see a 4MB expansion card
First off, let me say that this is probably the best $190.00 I have ever spent! I am terrible at remembering birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates. This little device is a Godsend for me.
I have several meetings at work each day...

Pros: THIN form factor, nice metal body Cons: Still larger than Palm V, m500 series
Form
The Handspring Visor Edge is the smallest, thinnest, and lightest product in the Visor family and this fact is an essential selling point for Handspring. The Palm V series has long been the leader in this category and with this new product,...

Pros: Lots of hardware available Cons: You may not like the colors
When you first saw that there was a another palm computer on the market you might have thought to your self "Oh another one". This pda is anything but ordinary. First of all it has a lot of memory that allows you to do all sorts of things like...

Pros: Springboards, Palm OS Enhancements, Support, Color Cases and Price Cons: Not available in color.... yet!
The question has been asked many times. Now even more so with the Handspring Visor now being sold in retail stores. Both devices sit together on the shelf as consumers scratch their heads over which handheld device to purchase. No matter what the device...

Pros: easy, fast, clear, fun Cons: might drive you to obsessive organization
First of all, let's get one thing straight: the fellas who make that $500 Palm Pilot you're carrying around are laughing at you. They're standing in the line at the bank, unfolding their wads of cash, and getting ready to send their kids' kids to...
