Pros: Photo quality prints that look like real photos! Cons: Price! Way too much for just a printer.
Epson Stylus Photo 2000P does high quality color pictures with 6 colors.
Epson also brought entirely new pigment-inks to the market when 2000P was released,
with these inks and just the right paper, Epson promises printing results that lasts...

Pros: Great photo print quality, wide carriage for Super A3/B prints Cons: Makes a mess of the ink platen, borders, no roll adapter
I've had this printer for around 6 months, and it's ALREADY been replaced by the Stylus Photo 1280, and rightly so.
What's included
The printer itself is rather sturdy, though I have to admit i'm not a fan of smoked...

Pros: Quality of prints are quite dramatic if used with the right papers. Sleek industrial design. Cons: Expensive to maintain. Slow. Unavailability of inks.
The draw to this printer, of course, is the fact that it uses archival inks which Epson claims will last upward of 200 years in normal light conditions. While I don't believe that I will be around for even 100 years, I was drawn to the paper options and...

Pros: Everything Cons: None.
This product deserves all the accolades it is receiving on epinions. So rather than rehash all the specs, I'll just write about my personal experience with this printer.
I bought the 1270 at Buy.com for $390 and it arrived in 24 hours. My...

Pros: Good prints and probably better archival Cons: matte paper gets too wet
Last Friday I finally got one of the first Epson 1270 printers in San Jose available. It is only a very brief period and a few prints I could check on this product.
For my photographic reference have a look at my galleries at...

Pros: amazing picture quality at good value Cons: not found any yet, for home use. Not quite good enough for production work - stick to dye sub for that
I have used a number of color printers over many years. These have included Epson Stylus Color 800, Canon BJC4200, all the way up to dye sublimation and thermal wax printsetters. The home printer I use for drafting (another Canon) finally gave up the...

Pros: Amazing Printing Quality and Design Cons: Won't serve a cup of coffee (but it will print a great one!)
I know it's confusing, but pay close attention to the actual name of this printer. It's the Epson Stylus PHOTO 1270, not one of the Stylus COLOR models which compete with the HP line. There's a huge difference, and if you don't understand that...

Pros: design and picture quality Cons: Price can be scary
This printer will simply blow you away. The design is twenty times better than the Epson Stylus Photo 2000. What a difference a "P" makes.
This is a revolutionary new printer produced by Epson. Yes another printer. This damn company makes way...

Pros: Awesome quality; quite fast; not so noisy Cons: the cost ?
When I decide to buy a new printer –I do it a lot of times; I suggest people to buy- I m loosing my sleep. I need a good machine to carry out the job but not too mach expensive, very hi dpi’s output, photographic quality, to print on plain paper and...

Pros: Quality, speed, quiet Cons: None
I've been wanting an A3 format printer since I got a Stylus 600 2 years ago, but the price has always held me back. Recently prices seem to have come down slightly, so I decided to have another look at what was available.
After looking at various...

Pros: Beautiful output Cons: Very serious orange shift problem
***WARNING*** ***WARNING*** ***WARNING***
Before you read my original review, please read this first!. The 870/1270 printers were advertised to produce prints with 10 year archival properties. This is not the case especially with...

Pros: Quality of Prints! Cons: Should only be used as a PHOTO PRINTER!
I purchased this printer with only one thing in mind. I wanted to stop using a developers lab to print my pictures. I no longer use a lab to print proof sheets, or any but the largest size prints. This printer does for me everything that I expect a...

Pros: speed quiet color Cons: speed
I just recently purchased the 1270 for work needs. I supplemented the printer with an Axis 1440 print server to make the printer networkable. This printer is great. It is quiet, quick and rich with color. The software that comes with it is very easy to...

Pros: Quiet, Nice Output, High Ink Quality Cons: Terribly slow text output.
I recommended this printer to the A/V lab teacher at my school. Since my school has been blindly faithful to the HP line, I had somewhat of an uphill battle. This printer, however, did not disappoint. As the owner of an Epson Stylus Color 600, it's...

Pros: fabulous prints Cons: be careful to use suitable paper.
I bought this printer a few weeks back, and have been printing lovely photos ever since.
It really does perform as advertised. Some thoughts :
o make sure that you buy the correct paper. I was supplied paper which didn't work with...
