Pros: Awesome color prints Cons: Pricey printer and comsumables
I came a crossed this printer while looking for a printing solution for one of my clients. You see I am a computer hardware salesman, so it is my job to find the best products to fit my clients needs.
I’ve succumbed. Bit the bullet and bought myself this wonderful mammoth of a machine: The HP Color LaserJet 4500. Yes, it’s very pricey and yes I won’t get *anything* for Christmas, but I am soooo satisfied.
Pros: Cheap maintenance and toner, inexpensive buy-in, very hardy and fast Cons: too big for the home desktop, loud and noisy, draws a lot of power
I am amazed. I've been at the forefront of color printer technology for years. I've watched printers come down from $100,000 models that cost $30 a sheet to where we are now: The Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet 4500, which costs about $2500, and around...
Pros: Outstanding quality, speed, features, warranty... Cons: Not much in this category....price for some.
HP, I commend you. To be honest, I more than commend you, I praise you. What you have unleashed on the market of buisness equipment is a pure technological wonder. Truly an amazing piece of printing machinery, I sometimes find even myself amazed at the...
Pros: Fast, great color and print quality Cons: You will never be able to move it again
This is a printer for serious printing. If you’re not doing serious printing, the price will definitely deter you (I paid $3,172 plus an extra $680 extended warranty for 3 years with Unisys). If the price doesn’t deter you, the size will. This massive...
Pros: Beautiful Sharp color, and BW. Fast printing times, and consistent quality. Cons: Long warm up times.
I first ran into the HP 4500 at my previous job, and what a pro it was. For a color laser printer around $2000.00, this thing is a wonderful beast. The quality is top notch, and the color is consistent and vibrant.
Pros: FAST, Excellent Color/Black Print Quality. Cons: Toner is a little on the expensive side.
Everyone has high expectations of Hewlett Packard and let me tell you something, this printer holds those expectations better than any other color laserjet that I've seen. Compared with other lasers of this price-range (between about 2400.00 and...
HP has made a very good color laser printer at a relatively low cost. I have been using the HP 4500 in my home office for nine months and have never had any problems with it. I estimate that it costs me about 10 cents per page for color printing, which...
Pros: Quality, user friendly, cost of consumables Cons: Speed, noise, display of remaining lifetime of consumables
Rather bulky but I guess this is the price you have to pay in order to have 4 separate toner cartridges. Also slow because of that (4 ppm full color).
Very reliable, it worked in our office for 1 year, printing more than 70,000 copies without...
Pros: Great print quality, low cost of ownership Cons: Warm up time
Takes a lot longer than a standard b/w laser printer to warm up (calibration and warm up takes approx 5 minutes). Just remember to set the energy save time-out to something long, so you don't have to keep waiting for a warm up. Aside from that it's a...
Pros: Good print quality, good speed Cons: Takes about 3-4 minutes to warm up.
I purchased this product because I needed a color printer that could pump out some quantity, and I have had about enough with inkjet printers. A high-end inkjet costs about the same as the CLJ 4500, and the 4500 is a very flexible printer.
I purchased this printer to replace my recently departed HP2500C ink jet. I got it online for $2,200 with free shipping. I looked at numerous other printers but just fell in love with the output of this printer. It is absolutely stunning. I...
Pros: Built like a brick. You'll need a hammer to break it. Cons: Color is addictive.
There's only two drawbacks to this printer.
1.) It's not QUITE foolproof. I maintain computers and printers in a building with about 10 of these. Once, a secretary put in a toner cartridge wrong (she had to force it to get it in wrong) but...
Pros: Good color reproduction Cons: ghosting still occurs
Let me start by saying, this is an awesome printer. While I have had some not so satisfying encounters with other color laser printers in the past, I'll have to say, this HP machine is really nice.
Pros: quality, capacity, versatability Cons: large, expensive for individuals
We have this printer at my office and have used it for two years now in hundreds of ways. The results are remarkably clear and brilliant...very high quality. jpegs and bmps and gifs print out like real photos.
Hard Krome Slash-Cut Staggered Duals Exhaust System Visually stunning in looks and performance; a combination of classic beauty and cutting edge. Doublewall technology. Feature large 2.5n++ diameter dou...
