Pros: Easy, fast, dependable and standard form of “cart” storage.

Pros: Durable and reliable storage -to be used appropriatly. Inexpensive.
Cons: This is too slow to use as HD, because it is NOT a hard drive.
Summary: Amongst so many media storage options (CD-R, DVD-R, etc.) is the ZIP disk obeslete? NO. As we all know CDs and DVDs are prone to scratches which destroy the integrity of the files -I would never trust important data to a CD.

Cons: Expensive, loud, 100MB drives can't read 250MB disks

Pros: compact size, large memory capacity, drive accepts both 100 and 250 MB disks
Cons: disks are expensive, zips may "go bad"

Pros: Small and portable, can connect to anywhere, more durable and reliable than the standard 3.5 inch floppy
Cons: Installation process is really long and annoying
