Pros: My hp pavilion ze5300 and hp deskjet 5550 work well.
Cons: HP will not replace defective products for honest people!!!

HP 56 Black Ink Cartridge

Pros: None.
Cons: Company does not back their product.
I have the same problem. I am trying to replace my HP56 and the replacement does not work. I have yet to try HP for a repalcement but now that I have read this review. I think I will be wasting my time.
No more HP products for me.
