Paltalk is a very good community talk program that i have had the pleasure of using for the past 2 years. i have made alot of friends and people from all walks of life and have had alot of fun times on this program.

Pros: People of the world can finally feel free to express themselves
Cons: Adult rooms need to be controlled, or forbidden. There are minors exposed to it.

I find that due to Paltalk, people allover the world can finally enjoy real freedom of opinion. Thanks to paltalk, evil believes are started to uncover (in my opinion, Islam is one of them). It was difficult before to show Muslims the real face of Islam, now they can learn about that. Also, social matters and diseases can be dicussed at free will by the people of the world. Thanks a lot,Paltalk people. You deserve the best for all good that you are doing. I have only one opinion. The adult rooms should be subjected to scrutiny and be parenterally guarded. I don't know how to do that programmatically, but definitely there is a way.

Pros: Good GUI, High user base. Interesting discussion.
Cons: Left leaning pro Islamist Staff. Bias showing in administration.

Staff 100% liberal left wing pro islamist. The Bias shows in their administration. You get watched like hawks if you're in a political room that doesn't agree with them.

More attention paid to breaking a G rating, than to a serious threat on someone's life. You're told they can't do anything, they have to see it. With something like a death threat, the people should be logged. A NJ Egyptian christian family was recently slaughtered that was threatened on Paltalk.

The software is OK, the GUI is good, the security is better now than it was before. (other than the forementioned).

Pros: If you could kindly re-design the layout(i.e width and colors ) and functions.
Cons: Please consider redesigning the new version based on the old layout.

The new paltalk :
1)The main list is not easy for the eye to see the rooms as the old one and also too wide . 2) The away mode previously was good in allowing one not to receive invitations to other rooms but now it doesn't make any difference and one could find him self in another room against his wish while writing in the room's text or a pm. 3)the microphone function was better and easy compared the old version. 4) the main layout of the rooms was slimmer and better than the new one . 5) The icons of emotions in the room or pm was much better drawings than the new one , for example the kiss in the new icon is like a kiss from an ugly woman while before it was a lovely lips.

Cons: Ripping off performing artists and record companies worldwide

The innovative idea of Paltalk was left just at that......an innovative idea. It's a real shame that the owners don't have the intellect to continue to improve it to it's potential.

First of all, they do their upgrades during prime time..and everyone of the upgrades they do diminishes the utility and usefulness of their service.

Secondly, and most importantly, they are ripping off the music industry by allowing people to play thousands of songs a day without paying royalties to the music industry and the artists who rightfully should be receiving them. Someone needs to stop this massive ripoff or our performing artists

Pros: Nice place to meet people
Cons: It is run by not trustable individuals who discriminate against minorities and some groups.

Administration of Paltalk applies double standard in applying its usage policy. It closes some rooms unnecessarly while allows others to clearly break its policy.

Cons: wrongfully kicked out a lady and won't tell her why or acknowledge all the support

Wrongfully kicked out a decent, kind, wonderful christian lady. And they won't even acknowledge the many letter and calls of support for her.

Pros: A cut above the normal video chat rooms. Features good a clean family atmosphere.
Cons: Still needs work on consistancy in the audio.

The state of the art in Chat room enviroment/communication has just reach a new high.

Pal Talk has taken video chat to a new level with new features. For the best example, I'd suggest a visit to the new members chat area and then to the Canada, like to chat?,area.

For those with experience with Chat rooms, PalTalk is a refeshing change of pace...It's Clean!!! No Porno, No Foul Language..it's truely a family friendly place.

For those wishing to make friends, this is the place. It's a family atmosphere..no pressure, a place to have fun and still keep family values. And you can really have good clean fun here..

Pros: The co-admins are almost always around when needed.
Cons: They are rude and refuse to help.

I feel the co-admins take their job way to seriously. All they do is ban people, especially teens in the teen area. But when a teen need's help, do the co-admins help you? No they do not. Especially medianoche. What is his response to someone on Paltalk sending another teen's life info and phone number around? "Grow up and learn to use the program correctly, and if you can't do that then don't use it at all." I don't find those very appropriate things to say to teens. Anyway's, i'm sure plenty of others feel the same way but don't want to tell. I've even reported medianoche more then one. All in all, i feel Paltalk is a good chat program.

Pros: the best of the best chat programs.
Cons: I have not found any drawbacks with paltalk

I find paltalk to be the best chat program on the net and reccommend it to everyone. The quality of service is excellent and the online help rooms are wonderful. Having people take you through each step of configuring your computer to get the best service from the program was a stroke of genius. All in all it makes chatting very easy. Being able to see info on the people you are talking to in a room makes for easier getting-to-know potential friends. The number of topics and interests is astounding and no matter what you are interested in you will find something to your taste when looking for people to talk to with similar interests. The online businesses and conference rooms are an excellent idea because you can get everyone in the same place listening and seeing what is going on very easily.

Pros: Variety of rooms to choose from including lots of G rated ones which is great.
Cons: Lack of administrative follow up for users or satisfactory customer support.

Paltalk I found to be one of the most stablest of multi platform chat programmed on the internet.
For something that can run video,voice and text it rarely experiences technical difficulty.
The biggest problem Ive had is administrative communication.
Ive been referred to certain people by their helpdesk when I approached paltalk about doing a radio programme and despite them reading my communication they didnt reply to my enquiries or allow me the courtesy of a reply.
This aside which needs to be improved upon ,Paltalk is one of the true family chats that I would feel comfortable sitting with my child as the warnings of a rooms content and rulings in a G rated room are strictly adhered to.This is definite peace of mind.

Pros: Easy to use and set up. Works quite well even on dial-up.
Cons: Sometimes the audio stutters and has digital hiccups and drops out .

PalTalk has opened up a way to communicate with people of like mind in my faith.
I am able to study and chat with folks from all across the country and form new friendships with them.
This has opened new doors and avenues for me as I live in a very small community and don't always feel like I belong. PalTalk allows people to congregate and fellowship ,pray for one another and share joys and needs with one another.
I never thought when I purchased my computer that I'd use the ' chat ' feature on the 'net, but, this has become an indispensable way for me to receive teaching and establish new friendships with people of faith.
I highly recommend PalTalk and give it a 5 star rating !

Pros: good webcam
Cons: sound is too low

The main problem is the sound...volume is mostly very low and it is difficult to have a relaxed conversation then you have to strain to hear what is said

Cons: server issues to much...getting help with probems is a joke

been on pal for over 3 years..love it..but seems they dont spend the time nor money on what is needed...like better Severs to keep up with the volumne...Listen more to the "paid" customers they have...
