Pros: Free download, very easy to use, online tech support, clear sound
Cons: haven't really found any
As a veteran of various chat programs including both text and voice chat, I have found the best and easiest to use program with Paltalk. Paltalk is available for a free download, not a very large program and simple to install.

Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Not enough features to be competitive
Paltalk is cute, but there are a lot better services out there including Yahoo!, MSN, and AOL.
