    Pros: Having your own area code makes it easier to give out number.
    Cons: Can do just as well with free services; company makes it hard to cancel account.

    Pros: Does give a small company an answering service with a menu and extensions.
    Cons: Customer Service is difficult to deal with and can be insufferable and EXTREMELY RUDE.
