Pros: Can find no redeeming grace for this product for anything other than amateur use! Cons: It's a total waste of time to use Publisher to create a web site!
Summary: After many hours of working on a web site with Publisher, I finally - after multiple attempts - got it to upload to the web. Unfortunately, the hyperlinks created automatically in the nav bars by Publisher are so screwed up, my site is useless. This is ... read more

Pros: Anyone can use it and look like they've spent hours on something that took minutes. Cons: Files saved take up a huge amount of space on your hard drive.

Pros: Easy to use, lots of wizards, Good integration with MS Office Cons: Doesn't make the best web pages, tricky printing, pricey in comparison
Summary: I first started using this software when Publisher 97 came out. The 2000 release is an improvement, but for what it does, I think you can do better. You don't have to be a power user to benefit from this software, but if you are a Microsoft Word power ... read more

Pros: PUBLISHER 2000 can give you great and successful web sites. Cons: PUBLISHER 2000 is not meant to replace lack of taste or brains.
Summary: You read right. PUBLISHER 2000 can do a lot more than just what the wizards offer you to do. Wizards are excellent; but still, they are meant to give you an idea on how much you can achieve and how to achieve it.
A heck of a good ... read more
