Pros: Cheap Cons: Gets to be slow after the first few months and slower after that.

faulty software installation instructions

Pros: HighStream is inexpensive. E-mail Works well with OLE. It's fast during initial discount trial. Cons: "Acceleration " OFTEN fails, then no pages open. E-Mails to "support " are rarely answered.
Summary: Don't get me wrong -- low cost accelerated dial-up is GOOD.... VERY good. Before I tried HighStream, many web pages, including my Hotmail in-box, often took 3-5 minutes to load and often "timed out". This ocurred with various dial-up ISP's, ... read more

Pros: Fast connections, v92, best accelerator Cons: Misrepresentation; sharp business practices

Pros: Price, reliability Cons: None yet
Summary: I had gone the route of the "top 2" (AOL and Earthlink) for the better part of my internet experience. They both have nice features, but after all was said and done, they are, after all, a way to get on the internet. I decided to look for a less ... read more
