Iglou Internet Services is a smaller ISP than your Mindsprings, AOLs, and Junos, but I found their service to be exceptional, and because they are smaller, I found myself getting better connections, and much better customer service.

Pros: Up to 4 static IP address. Free unmetered dial-up with DSL plan. 10 mailboxes. Cons: Only support 2 models of DSL modems. Cancellation fee of $175, activation fee $75.
