Pros: Good support, no downtime, good choice of phone numbers for Chicago Cons: Price a bit stiff, but you get what you pay for

Pros: OUTSTANDING service and connection Cons: Higher price than most ISPs, but it's worth it.

Pros: None any more. Cons: Totally inadequate and incompetent service by buyer Hosting.com
Interaccess was one of the first companies offering internet dial-up access in the Chicago area and I was one of their earlist customers, signing up in 1995. Service was fast, never a busy signal, very reliable (I don't think I ever lost a connection) ...
