Pros: Easy to use and comprehensive Cons: Sometimes there is a little too much
Summary: Quicken 2000 is a solid and easy to use program that allows you to manage your money and pay your bills efficiently. I have used Quicken (though not 2000, now that would be impressive) for 7+ years, and I would not move to any other program.

Pros: Easy to use. Performs most financial functions anyone could want for home finance. Cons: Runs slow on older machines
Summary: Having used various versions of Quicken over the past 14 years I continue to be impressed by it's functionality. Everything one needs for their personal finance is contained in this one package. You can track 401k accounts (I track 3 of them), stock ... read more

Pros: Ultimately results in a good personal financial overview Cons: TERRIBLE instruction manual/CD, requires too much effort to keep current
Summary: I have used Quicken for 2 years and I find it to be barely adequate. There are more than enough features, but perhaps this is the problem. It's hard for most of us (i.e. those of us who do not have vast, extensive investments/endeavors) to figure out the ... read more

Pros: Manage your finances, internet connection to many financial institutions for account updates Cons: Outrageous tech support, unstable, no option quotes
Summary: Quicken is on the surface a very comprehensive tool for managing your finances. It takes a good amount of effort to enter the information to get started, and a good amount of effort to maintain it - but it is worth it. All financial information, up to ... read more

Summary: Years ago I had an old version of Quicken, and it was a time consuming nightmare to use, since downloading information from your bank or credit cards was not as prevalent as it is today. I am very impressed that Quicken 2000 has many basic features that ... read more

Pros: Complete control of your finances. Cons: Difficult to get started.
Summary: I've been using Quicken for years (I think about 5) and I absolutely love it. Everybody should use Quicken or some similar product such as Microsoft Money. I, however, stick with Quicken since that is what I know.
Why is it so great? Well, ... read more

Pros: See Review Cons: See Review

Pros: easy to install, get started, and maintain Cons: none
