Pros: Easy to install. Seamless importation of prior year's information. Reasonably priced.
Cons: Not ready for release. INFINITE hold-times. Poor customer service. Terrible product support. Inadequate server.

Pros: It works great if all you are filing is a 1040EZ.
Cons: Slow website, bad support, customer satisfaction gaurantee not honored, higher fees than the competition.

Pros: Does a good job with a reasonably simple 1040
Cons: Missed $600 worth of refund. Constant upsells, having to register computers, does not support linux.
