Pros: If you use a Mac and need it, it's the only game in town. Cons: Things frequently don't work correctly.

Pros: It does record speech, somewhat accurately Cons: Doesn't flow as speech, requires correction, doesn't put in punctuaion like TV ad.

Pros: About as accurate as voice recognition gets, much easier to use than ViaVoice. Cons: Often has trouble distinguishing between commands and regular dictation.

Pros: Becomes more accurate the longer you use it.
Great for transcribing dictation.
Cons: Needs more computer power than listed on the box to run with other programs
