Pros: Customizable reports and cheap price......
Cons: Interface/help not the best...

Pros: Peace of mind while my computer is connected to the Internet
Cons: Absolutely horrible user documentation
Summary: If you have ISDN or a faster broadband connection, you need a personal firewall. Sybergen Secure Desktop seems to do what's needed. I have version 1.11, and I'm quite pleased with it, despite the sketchy documentation.
