Item took 2 more days than expected to arrive, out of 3 items they got one item wrong. I called customer service and they were very helpful, sent me a return shipping label explaining the process fully to my expectations. I didn't like the products so returned them to a retail location - clerks were EXTREMELY helpful and immediately processed my refund.
