First of all I had contract with Verizon Wireless for 2 years, and just recently had expired and decide go with CellularONE. Signed up for 24 months National 45 plan, 450 anytime minutes On or Off CellularONE network, 1750 Night minutes, 1750 Weekends minutes, Basic VoiceMail, CallerID, and SMS for 45.00 a month (not including tax). Roaming fee within home calling area it will be 0.39 cents a minute, and 0utside home calling area will be 0.59 cents a minute for overage 450 anytime minutes. Both 1750 minutes for Night and Weekends are only available within CellularONE network areas! Everywhere I go, it always being within CellularONE digital network areas. I wouldnt worry if its roaming, I still get anytime 450 minutes to deduct from there, but not for Night and Weekends 1750 minutes thats only within CellularONE network areas. I never went over 450 anytime minutes per month which is average 350-400 minutes a month. I always received text messaging when friends or relative send me an email CellularONE#@mycellone.com and as soon it sent and it right on pop up front of screen and stating I got new text messages. Unfortunately I wasn't able to send any e-mail to anybody from this phone, but it has 2 way text messaging capable, however its only if I send message to another CellularONE customer, but not the e-mail, for some reason e-mail incoming works fine. When I called in and ask question, the Customer care representative seem sound professional and helpful! Sometime the representative don't even know what I'm talking about about e-mail capability, which they should have known better. At least they're trying to be helpful instead misleading an answer! I have do some research and how to do PRL updates, on their site its tell me to dial *228 and send, the screen indicate start an activation?, selected yes to contiune, as soon to determine how strong digital signal where I'm calling from, as soon its accepted and automatically dialed to Technical Supports, and sound very professional and helpful, I gave out all of my its informations, after he said how can I help you today, I asked how do I do the PRL updates? He said Sure no problem, I can do that for you right from here, one moment while I downloading from your phone to do the PRL updates. All of sudden updates completed shortly. He asked is there anything I can help with for today? I said Nope thanks very much as of I hung up! That was easy to an updates. The lates PRL verison which is 97 it was 99 before. I didnt understand but at least its working at our home area so far. I really happy with CellularONE and their customer care representative! As far I know North Dakota and Minnesota has all of its digital coverage there according the map shows for these both states too thats where I'm going for this summer! I should be able to enjoy very good quality and repecetion its signal in these states as well. Remember CellularONE brand name is actually 100% owns by Western Wireless Corporation! All other CellularONE brand name are not owned, but the name of different company only!
