I have used many of the corded Plantronics headsets in my career. This is the first cordless one I have used and I see no reason to go to others except one. If they come out with one with a dialer or the ability to use caller id.

This headset has a stated range of 150'. I have taken it much further and it breaks down at about 300'. It has an optional lifter which you can control by turning the talk switch on and off. The sound quality is excellent and there are not many things that interfere with its signal.

It can attach to any corded phone and I am using it on a 4-line system. It plugs directly into the handset jack so if you wanted to use it on any system, it would work.

Customer service is outstanding as they have replaced the unit once already for a problem with the battery staying attached. I would recommend a second battery so that you always have one charged available. I get about 3 - 4 hours out of each battery. It also can stay in the charger cradle while you are working at your desk.
